Shipping and Delivery Policy

What we deliver

PeekInside is delivered entirely online. It has two parts:

• The SDK and the local dashboard, free, installed from the npm registry with npm install peekinside. They run on your own computer.
• PeekInside Cloud, the paid plan, a web service you use at peekinside.dev with your browser.

No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no delivery address is needed.

When you get it

• Local: right after installation. No account is needed.
• Cloud trial: as soon as you sign in with the code we email you and set up your organization. The trial lasts 7 days and needs no payment.
• Cloud plan: access continues without interruption as soon as a payment succeeds. We email a receipt to the address on the account.

Where it's available

PeekInside is offered worldwide, except where providing it is prohibited by the laws of India or of the country you are in, including export controls and sanctions.

If something doesn't arrive

If you don't receive a sign-in code, check your spam folder and ask for a new one after a minute. If a payment succeeded but your organization still shows as unpaid, or you can't reach the service, write to support@peekinside.dev with the organization's name. We resolve delivery problems within two business days. Payments and refunds are covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
